I don't know much about these, they were my grandpa's before he passed away, but we figured this might be a good place to get rid of them, since there don't seem to be many going through ebay and we don't really have much of an idea of their worth. They work fine though, I put some batteries in and tested them. The included mic and earbud aren't great, but the actual receiver and transmitter function well (I tried several mics and earbuds to make sure).
