Visitor messages

How does one go about deleting those "visitor messages" that appear on your page? I can soft delete them, but is there a way to remove them completely? Do I need moderator intervention for this?

Yes, you'd need an moderator's intervention in order for it to be removed completely. And note to send a pm to one of us if you want to request it to be removed completely.
