Hi everyone, my name is Amy and I am a hearing person. One of my many jobs is teaching American Sign Language and Deaf Culture to hearing adults either in community education classes or at the college level. I'm glad I found this forum because I am always looking for new/more information on deaf cultural issues etc., as well as getting to know more people in the Deaf community.
I am also a physical education/health teacher and avolunteer firefighter.
