When you're logged on, look at the top of the main page...
User CP | Blogs | Store | FAQ | Members List | Calendar | New Posts | Search | Quick Links | Log Out
What you want is... "New Posts". It will show you all threads that has posts you haven't read since you last logged on.
To go straight to the first unread post in a particular thread, click on the little blue arrow icon on the left of the thread title.
