Hi Guys,
I don't know and guess about MS Morro

it will come mid-2009, no longer Microsft Live OneCare also Goodbye all Norton, Kaspersky, McAfee, etc.. becuase MS Morro is free!! I don't know, I guess... you look it what morro say?

Third party anti-viruses would still here, including Norton or McAfee.

It's true about Live OneCare would discontinue as well and interesting about new software that MS created.
 
Sound like it's free cuz it's suited for smaller and less powerful PC or aim at "netbooks" read below.


OneCare will be discontinued in June 2009. Morro will be a free, no-frills program suited for smaller and less powerful computers, perhaps aimed at the emerging "netbook" market.

I sure hope M$ finally realized they can't just expect everyone afford powerful system that are resource hog can do just simple Vista function like Areoglass. Small and simple is better LOL. So let's cross finger that Morro won't affect the performance on everybody's system new or old regardless like currently McAfee, Norton and name the few which are a resource hog. Everyone interest are SPEED SPEED and FAST FAST!!!


I bet Norton, McAffee might try to compete Morro by offering free AV or whatever what AVG did.
