Hi. I'm a grad student in Medical Humanities at Drew University. I'm finishing a final paper for my Medical Linguistics course. The paper's on problems deaf/hoh people have when they have doctor visits.
To complete the paper, I need to do some "fieldwork." Unfortunately, none of my sources panned out earlier in the week, so I'm scrambling to finish my paper today. :-(
If anyone is willing to help out within the next couple of hours, I would be most grateful. I just found out about this list this morning.
Please email me at: {email removed}, and I'll send you the questions. They won't take long to complete. I'm looking for what you experience at the doctor, including making appontments, attitudes, specific words, etc.
Thanks so much!
