I have a Kodak Easyshare program and I have a video on myself on there, is there any way where I could edit my favourite bit and make it in a display picture?
 
Yeah, very easy. You need to transfer the file to your PC first. I forget how Kodak Easyshare does it, but I remember you need to press that red+yellow button to start it. Basically, do you know how to copy it to your computer so that it is browsable by Windows Explorer? (Aka My computer)

After you've done that, then we can continue from there. There is a free program out there already and its called virtualdub at Welcome to virtualdub.org! - virtualdub.org but it's not easy for inexperienced people to use.
