Serves as a principal link between the company and residential customers. Receive numerous contacts each day and ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth through the sale of products and services. Requirements:
Sales & Service Experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently with excellent analytical/problem solving skills
Proficient in Windows environment, data entry/PC skills
Ability to work varied days/hours
American Sign Language (ASL) proficiency desired
Qualified candidates must pass all appropriate pre-employment tests, drug screen and a background check as well as possess the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
Hours of operation: 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. M - F, subject to change in the future.
Wage rate $16.13 - $24.37. Wage credit may be applied for related work experience and/or college degree.
