Alert: Investigation about Captioning at Movie Theaters
Disability Rights Advocates is investigating complaints from the deaf and hard of hearing community about the failure of movie theaters to provide captioned films. We are also interested in learning about the failure of movie theaters to provide captioned films at convenient show times.
Please let us know your story if you ever wanted to see a movie but could not because the theaters did not provide captioned films. We want to change this practice!
