Hello, I'm newbie here. I'm looking for good speech-to-phonetic recognition software. Note: it is not speech-to-text. My colleague speaks multi-language: English and Dutch, so phonetic is language independent. I understand English, German and Dutch. Can anybody help me? Advanced thanks.
