It's possible with RDS-system. All modern radio's have this system. RDS is not only for closed caption, but also for news, weather, or whatever. Any idea for RDS?

RJ11-connector is good enough. Most phone connector has RJ11-connector, so unplug Italian telephone.

Italy has 230 voltage/50 Hertz. Same as whole Europe. Most adapter can work between 100 - 250 voltage / 50-60 Hertz. Look at your adapter.

Hello, I'm newbie here. I'm looking for good speech-to-phonetic recognition software. Note: it is not speech-to-text. My colleague speaks multi-language: English and Dutch, so phonetic is language independent. I understand English, German and Dutch. Can anybody help me? Advanced thanks.
