    Advice on hearing aids please;)

Wow 2 weeks! That would be great! The ones I have now take a size 10 battery so I am lucky to squeeze 4 days out of them. Thanks for the tip. I will definitely look into getting ones with bigger batteries.

    Advice on hearing aids please;)

The ones I have now beep. But it's not early enough to make a difference. It's like beep beep then 1 min later they shut off.. I find it pointless.

    Advice on hearing aids please;)

I had a visit with my Audi and my hearing is a little worse. As others posters suggested, my HAs don't cover my hearing deficit. Audi. suggests getting Nera Pro mini RITEs with micro molds. $5220 for two. Anyone have these? Is the price reasonable?

Tramadol now classified a narcotic, thinking of quitting pain killers

I totally understand wanting to cut back rather then rack up more. Just to let you know aleve is a low dose of Naproxen which is offered over-the-counter. Lol! I probably sound like a nut pushing this med but in all honesty it has allowed me to get back to living my life (upright.. and not...

Tramadol now classified a narcotic, thinking of quitting pain killers

sorry one more thing.. One reason for the back to give out (buckle over) is inflammation causing pressure on the nerves. When you have a flair up Give the antiinflamitorie a try and alternate hot pack / cold pack. 10 -15min each. Best of luck!

Hey give these a try:Naproxen sod 550mg It's a heavy duty antiinflamitorie. I have had two serious back surgeries (one requiring me to learn how to walk again). Artifical Wombs.......that's a BIG stirrer....seen the film Matrix anyone??!

That is a tough one! As another poster stated the world is over populated as is. producing "super humans" free of ailments and likely a greater life span would cause major issues for our planet. We already face problems with a depleting water supply and lack of quality agricultural...

    Subforum Suggestion

I think that's a great idea! It would be very helpful for those that need an opinion on aid/CIC related issues or get reviews for an upcoming purchase. You could also include assistive devices.
