    I'm surprised Washingtong D.C. is not in the top five. I expected it to be at least number 4. I grew up in the suburbs of D.C. and I've heard of countless crimes on news everyday. It's a common thing to hear about in my area.

    Is your States Department Vocational Rehabilitation sufficient help you?

    Well the VR in Virginia is awful because the counselor position in my local area keeps changing and there's never a person who keeps the position for more than 4 months. So, as of now, I am paying my college bill fully without a cent from the VR. VR :rifle:
