Hmm...depending on whether 'inside or outside'? Outside...we have several lights displays, as for 'indoors'...umm...I think we have quite a bit...better yet, ask the wife :giggle:

If you have a nativity secen out for christmas do you put baby Jeasus out now or wait til Chrismas eve?
 
Not really, I hate driving!

But I do enjoy walking with the kids in the neighborhood and looking at all the lights, and just close to here the city does up a block worth of display lights and ice sculptures and wintery stuff, very cool.

Do you hand make or home make any of your gifts?

My son painted a wooden nativity scene, he painted them as aliens! As a pagan based family, I couldn't object!

Are you aware that many so called christian traditions are actually acncient pagan ones at x-mas??
 
Yup, I like all history, and pagan rites are extremely interesting, but that doesn't make Christian adaptations "so called" or any less traditional. Also many Christmas traditions enjoyed today came long after Christ's time.

If you celebrate Christmas with gifts, do you open them Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?
 
When I was much younger, (I'm sure I'm not the 'only' one that has done it--heh), sneak quietly in the middle of the night while the others were still asleep, taking the wrapping off, taking a peek...etc., wayyyy before it was the appropriate time to do so! :lol:

Really, growing up, it was always on Christmas Eve, and that tradition continues with this family here.



What's for Christmas dinner, ham or turkey (or something else)?

Yea, I did a lot of clubbing from my teens up to 30 years old.

I havent gone to a nightclub in 3 years. I miss dancing the night away. I should do that once a month with my hubby.

Niether is better than each other for me cuz sometimes I am in the mood to chill with friends so a pub is perfect and other times I am in the mood to just go wild and dance the night away. Lately, I have been in the mood to chill..maybe cuz due to being more tired from job, kids and other responsibilities so I frequent pubs more now.

What's is the typical weather on Christmas Day for you?

My hometown back near Chicago had snow over the weekend. I am in Florida now..........no snow! :giggle:
