Moving!

So my Parents have decided we are going to move! We don't know where or when. We know we are going to move to a smaller house because our house is too big for only 3 people to be living in. I'm really scared and i'm not excited because we know we will be moving over my Senior Year of high school. I've moved 3 times already and everytime we move it's hard to start over and it seems like nobody likes us more than the last place we were.
 
tweety's right. think postive and make the best of it as it comes along. hope the senior year will work out better for you as it will be your last year in school. good luck!
 
Moving are good and bad. Make a new living are good or bad. I hope that you will make new friend and new life.
 
Since you are moving are you gotta be in the same school. If so then dont worry about it cuz it is your last year of school make it worthwhile. If not then make the best of it.
 
I can understand how you feel. I did the same thing a lot growing up. it's always hard to start over. All you can really do is make the best of it.
 
The whole thing is that I don't know where i'm moving so I don't know if i'm staying in the same school or not. I'm trying to think postive I know this house is too big for us and part of me wants to move but i don't want to in my senior year. It's hard enough your senior worrying about college and graduating but also worrying about moving too at the same time! I don't know if i could handle that i'm not gonna lie i'm not the most mentally stable person i have huge anxiety problems and I don't know one part of moving that isn't filled with anxiety!

Why don't you get your own place?

Because i'm only 16 and it's really hard to get an apartment when your only 16 still in high school and only working part time

Why did you move 19 times in 7 years may i ask?!?

I understand how you feel. I moved alot when I grew up.. 23 times!!

Think positive sweetie. I am sure you will be fine. Hang in there. :hug:

Sucks that you have to move a lot.

Did you try talking to your parents about you living with another relative that doesn't move so much?

I know one guy whose parents were always fighting so bad and always moving, so he decided to live with his grandparents. After talking with his parents, they agreed. He was also 14 years old at that time and wanted to go through 4 years of high school without any hassle, moving, or problems. So, with his grandparents... he was stable and stayed in one place for 4 years. :thumb:
 
Thanks It's nice to know you guys know what i'm going through. it really makes me more comfortable. I don't know who else i'd live with i've kinda been disowned by the rest of my family because i'm a bi half goth
 
What about asking your parents to stay at that house for another year until u finish out your senior year? Would that work? I have never experienced moving while growing up so I cant say I understand but my daughter has experienced changing schools 3 times and I feel guilty about it. My ex wants her to move in with him next year and I dont have a problem with it if she still goes to the same school but he lives like 45 mins away..ugh!
 
oh, sorry to hear that but i'm sure u will be fine cuz u will get thru it..
 
those of you been moving to many times, I can imagine would be frustrating even saw some movies, how someone moved so many times, and keep starting over. I can see how hard that can be. Just hang in there. smile

i undy abt that.. u will have new friends other place that where u moving new place.. maybe better than other school who know.. just be think postive urself.. :)
