Share your view why you agree or disagree with view of prostitue to be legal.

It is currently legal in several counties in Nevada. Only the counties containing Las Vegas and Reno are currently not allowing brothels or prostitution. I did research a few years ago... never visited them, but their MB was a great read! As for my voting yes, I would only say yes to brothels out of the city areas in any state. No to street walkers, on call escorts, or brothels within 10 miles of housing. It could be a tourist destination in some rural areas with few other attractions.

I definitely think they should not be legal, I don't think they should be selling their bodies for money, it's a dirty situation that anyone would be in, it's not something safe for anyone to go through, they should respect their bodies and make love to the person they love. ;)
 
wait I am confused.. Illegal or legal to be prostitute?

I forbid (illegal) abt it. I care for women's health. They didnt care if they get aids or hiv, etc. They end up preggy and could abort it or they just gave a birth then abandon the baby to the family member or give up for adoption. Also, they could get killed. hmm!

Reason mainly concern their bodies may have sexually transmitted diseases/HIV carrier/AIDS carrier/herpes/hepities C and much more.... Very dangerously sexually transmitted!

Should have Not allowed Legally for Prostitute.

If whoever want Prostitute and may have get certification verification which it's clean record the any kinds of diseases by Doctor's written.

That is fucking sicko to see the prostitute to sell their bodies to the strange people. Especially little kids in Asisa, ages 12 to 15 yrs old, their parents encouraged their children to do prostitute to earn the money to support the family for rent, heat and food.

I wish, it is illgeal prositute in this world. Can get sexually transmitted diseases for the prostitute ladies or girls !! :rl:
 
I'm surprised any of you said yes! Prostitution is a horrible thing, it's a degrading thing to anybody involved, not to mention it is an easy way to spread STD's, prostitutes are often the victims of murder because it is easy to lure them into dark hidden areas, and the act of prostitution would contribute to the degenerative moral state of todays society. There is NO good side to prostitution.

I've seen kids even as young as 4 or 5 years old on TV news! It is sick to think about!
 
The reason, I create a thread here because I have a hot debate with my German friends since I learn about Netherlands 1st place in the world in other thread here. There´re cons and pros debate.

At first I was total against legalizing prostitution... Now I´m not sure anymore... :( that´s why I need your point of view on this to help me to understand what good or bad.

I have mixed feeling for agree that prositiution should be legalized in every country.. .

Legalizing prostitution here in Germany at few years ago because German Government want to charge taxes on it... I´m not sure either legalizing prostitutin is the best solution or not?

I can see there´re cons and pros over legalizing Prostitution. They can get regular health and medical check ups, keep informed about practising safe sex protection... Accord Legalising prostitution, the women could force by authorities as sex-worker which is not right. I remember the scandal about a lady in Berlin who is unemployed waitress and was being force by authority as sex worker since the prostitution become legal. A lady was being threaten to lose her unemployment benefit if she reject their offer to work as sex-worker. She won at court against authorities then she can get unemployment benefit until they find job for her.

I guess if you legalize prostitution then the crimes rate will drop... ?

Prostitution is okay so long as it is VOLUNTARY, not force.

Accord German law: The police must control prostitutes houses. They are strict about this. They will get in trouble if they don't have liecsne. They have good and legal pimps... Before become legal, was worst.... After legal, things goes improve...

It´s a very simple question... No, Yes or Not Sure if I ask you a question "Should Prostitutes Be Legal"? You can answer... No if you disagree that prostitute should be legal.
 
Definitely NO, it shouldn't be legal. And yes, seeing minors is involve in it. Prostitutions is dangerous job of any kind, risk health, get murdered and etc. Even, some invading in neighborhood areas where kids around. It's sickening.

Men and women get criminal records for engaging in prostitution. Criminal records destroy your life, even after receiving a pardon.
Perhaps charges and convictions should not have a criminal label? I see pros and cons to legalization.

Can legalization of adult prostitution (brothels) clean up the "Drug Crack housing" that has invaded America today?
 
I would like to legalize. Because I knew about if I have a girlfriend or
married that means, I have a more responsibilities like: money, caring,
or etc.

I prefer that it would better without girlfriend or married, because
i don't want to having a hard life without a Nevada law.

I do not agree to label Prostitution as crime.

All what I want a question either Prositition should be legal or not?
