I need to vent my feelings... Since I joined here, I noticed and felt like that no one care about anything that I post in here... Likely, about my brother's girlfriend got in car accident, about my rat Nike died, about my cousin's wife died, etc more than and even NO ONE would set it as STICKY. Include to congrats me for number of posts that I make. Since, I saw Mods set other people's threads to be sticky in here, not me. I felt like that I'm not worth to be in here then? If you don't like me or don't want me to be here, then say so.... I need the truth that's all, I just feel hurt that no one set it as sticky which all of them are important to me, I don't care if they aren't my blood relatives or dislike any of my pets. :sigh: I feel so enough with this since, I'd been holding this feelings and patient since for less than a year... So it's enough for me... Time for me to telling you how I feel about this... Please do it to be even with everybody, not only people who are "popular" in this website. Or more freindlier people. :roll: I know that I could be mean and say anything that is mean, since everybody do that same. But honestly, in person Im very friendlier and only being mean which that I know it's wrong or tell how I feel that's all... I don't know what to say else since Im not sure if I'm worth or not in here.. So thanks.
 
Sorry if u feel that way. I'm sure they do aware how much animal mean to you, and relative like that. They might not able to post or in hurry. Same for me, i felt no one even cares, but it not going get me. Its just a forum. All i cares is my life than this forum. Well it shouldn't be get you, Sweetheart, i'm sure ur have a great person, which u got a good man galen, that been there for you. Even ur family supports you. Thats wonderful than to be alone. Don't be upset. If i haven't post to any of ur post, but i surely sorry to all ur dear lost, and i know they mean to you alots and i'm glad they know you before their time up. They are always wrapping you around. We have alots up and down around here, and we had to learn to dealin' with. You know, you re a good chatter in forum, and surly appreicate to have you here. Or else, i wouldn't know you here. Don't feel that way, and keep ur chin up, and valentine is coming. Should be something special sizzling coming? mm' Maybe a hot linguie for ur man? ehehe.
 
First off, I'm sorry you feel this way, however, keep in mind that there are times when the Mod Team might have overlooked a thread or two...it can help us if we were to get a PM from our members requesting a certain thread be made 'sticky' and we'll check the validity of making such a thread sticky. It doesn't mean we're being ignorant here--. Hopefully you'll understand better now and perhaps take advantage of contacting a Moderator for your requests and we'll do our part to see if such a request can be honored. ;)

In the meantime, keep your chin up and continue to enjoy your stay here in AD! :)

I'm sorry you feel that way but you're not alone. Alot of people do feel left out at times and they don't even mean to. Like Sherry said, don't let it get to you. We all do care about you. Some people just prefer to read news, some prefer to know more about CIs, some just come and read and not post.

Hang in there. We all have our days and moods when we feel up to posting! hugs hugs! I'm sorry you're hurting

I'm sorry to hear that Sweetheart, I haven't even noticed that moderators didn't sticky your threads, and maybe it's because they haven't read all the threads yet like what RR said above and sometimes when I'm on AD, I don't always read every threads either, I read as much as I can, sometimes I don't have anything to say regarding to what the topic is about..Not all members post in my threads either, but I don't care....Next time you want a thread to be sticky, just let the moderators know hon.... :hug:

I´m sorry how you feeling like this, Sweetheart. I wasn´t realized how feeling you like this... It doesn´t mean that we have to read EVERY threads... Depend on my time and mood, then I can post more or less... Like everyone said here.

I enjoy myself to read your posts... Don´t give up.. Stay what you are.... :hug:

aww i undy how ur feeling.. sometime i feel that someone dont get my point or not read my post.. i really care abt ur family and u.. cuz of i hate my friends got upset or cry abt family get hurt, or died or kill... i really care... :hug:

I am really sorry for not postin' in your threads because, I kept tendin' to read/response others' posts at Christianity/Religions Forum. It have always kept me interestin' in their opinions/point of view/experiences and such.

FYI, I've always thought of you bein' with Sequoias/your cute rats are so beautiful... especially your " Seattle " background in pictures. :D Sequoia is very luckier to have you. :lol: He is such a sweet guy ! And, YOU, too hon ! :hug:

I will try my best to response in your threads when ever I have time. I just got back from Des Monies, Iowa yesterday - boy, I was sooo exhausted from that loooong trip. But, I had a wonderful time out there with my Christian friends. Such a beautiful fellowship I ever had. Keep your head stay high and be positive - I am certain things will be alright.

I felt that way, and no one care about me either..

He's right.

We can't sticky every thread we come across. We may miss one or two from time to time.

If you feel there's a thread worth being sticky, feel free to send us a PM. :thumb:
 
Just send mods PM if you want something stick'd. I have had threads that no one posted in, and I'm sure everyone had made a thread that no one posted in. It doesn't mean you're not liked by people here :thumb:

You may want to consider things like having a low self esteem that may also be responsible for making you feel this way. You will be amazed how much of our negative feelings affects how we see reality, even if 99.9% of it is not true!

Word to the wise - nothing wrong with venting or expressing your feelings, but it is never a good idea to put guilt trips on people for any reason. I don't like manipulative (controlling) tactics that tell me what to think and what to do. You don't need to do that or need people's replies to your threads.. because you are really worthy already, and I hope you believe that. smiles
 
I'm sorry about your feeling that like way.

I have good idea, just create a new thread and put **Please Sticky** on titles then would easier for them to find it and stick it, right after stick then edit thread's title into regular topic.

What is criteria for making thread to be sticky?
 
Sweetheart...there are a lot of times my posts dont become sticky nor I got congrats for 2,000 posts but honestly, I dont really think about that. So, u are not the only one. Word of advice...this is just a forum ..a neat one, yes but the people in your life, like Sequois, are the ones that will always be there for u so my suggestion is just dont worry about what people do here. If they dont reply to your thread, I dont think it is a personal vendetta against u..maybe they are not interested in the topic. I know I have posted some threads and got few or no replies. NO biggie.

The point is, speaking for myself and I am sure others feel the same, nobody is deliberately ignoring u or think u are worthless. People are really nice here and I am sure they care for u.

I can see from the other posts that there are many people that think of u. :)
 
Sweetheart, I have good idea for you.

If you want thread to sticky then just report this thread to mod and they will get your attention, also I will help to make them to sticky it.

Well, me either, Crazymomma!! you not the only one as well many
others, especially the unpopular ones! Im one of the unpopular
ones so thats why i dont get any congrats on ANYTHING but
thats ok....
Look at my number of posts...I went way past 2,000 posts, :(
I think we ought to forget the this thing about congratulating
people who reach the 1,000, 2,000 or even 100,000 posts thing,
it creats hurt feelings if you DONT congrat them....dont you
think?
 
I don't pay no attention to anyone's post counts unless someone tells me that they're close to 2,000 or 3,000 or up, then I would created a thread for them. It's not that we don't care, It might be that we haven't been even paying attention, don't feel bad or feel hurt. ;)

There are times I've created threads with no responds, I don't get upset about it, I guess some of my threads are not interested for them to post in, so I don't make a big deal out of it, I'm most certain it happens to anyone in here.

Sweetheart, even when the time my hamster passed away, I never got my thread put on sticky either, I don't even mind too much, as long I have people that cares about how I feel about my lost of my pet, that would even appreciated me more than having the thread sticky.
