at the 103rd floor...

The CN Tower in Toronto has a similar glass floor, but now they have this if you are hardcore enough:

oh cool. gonna do that if I visit Toronto again next month.

CN Tower : EdgeWalk
Tickets are $175* and include keepsake video, printed photos, certificate of achievement and re-entry to CN Tower. You will also receive a Tower Experience Ticket which includes access to LookOut, Glass Floor, SkyPod, Movie and Motion Theatre Ride**

$175??? :ugh:

You can't afford it?

I can afford it for both of us but that's beside the point. I pay for right price and it costs $175? outrageous. that ain't a right price.

it's like making you pay $5 for a bottle of water.

If you have a friend who is a greedy filthy rich CEO who is willing to take care of it, you have nothing to worry about. If no, that's too bad.

why would I want somebody to pay for me?

ah... you're one of those gimme gimme gimme people, eh?

I've done the Sears tower many times. It's really cool. Even the elevator ride is fun.

A bunch of Rangers players did the Toronto thing. If I ever make it that way I would like to try that.

You said it. I didn't say that I wanted to go.
and.....?

Have you ever asked your dad or mom for money?
lol of course when I was a kid but I can't remember the last time I've asked them for money

I think so since their home insurance covers your property. You are old enough to get your own insurance.
um.... that was back in my college days which was.... uh.... oh gee... 13 years ago?

I would love to check that out!

Altho, nothing beats the view from the rim of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. :) You're looking down about 5,000 feet down from the top to bottom. Chicago's Sears tower only 1,454 ft tall from top to bottom.

My building is 30 floors with a pool/sun deck on the roof. The railing is about stomach high on me, and I feel a little twinge of vertigo when I go to the edge and look down.
