RIP, Steve.

The first apple computer I used was back in Middle School. With the old floppy disk and green monitor. Thank you for the great technology that we have now.

RIP Steve Jobs

I admire his vision and creativity and passion for well designed products. :thumb:

I regret that he had to price them so high so I was never able to afford one. :(

When Sprint Relay Store get iPhone 5. I'll buy it for honor Steve Jobs until end of 2 yr contract by 2012.

I assure you that iPhone 5 won't release until Jan 2013... Maybe in April 2013. :)

BTW RIP Jobs, I'm sad about it. The first Apple I ever use was Apple ][e.

I've been wondering when he'd die. I knew he had cancer and the last picture that I saw of him, I remember thinking he looked very ill.

All Mac fans will miss him - including me.

The Pancreatic Cancer That Killed Steve Jobs - - TIME Healthland

It's remarkable that he lived this long with cancer. I remember that he was supposedly cancer-free in 2005 and gave a speech at the Stanford University. But a few years later, he had to have a liver transplant and didn't really get better from that point on.

This kind of cancer usually kills people within 6 months. His life was well-spent, I think he did pretty much everything off his bucket list because he knew his time was short.

RIP Mr. Jobs, The world is better because you were here for a while.

Today, my boss and I went to the Apple store in the local mall. We were having a problem with the laptop charger (they fixed it for FREE!) Anyways, the sales guy there said that the Apple store downtown was getting a huge volume of memorial stuff (flowers, candles, etc.) left outside the store all day today. Rather sweet, I think.
