I was hoping that the US summer this year will be from very warm to hot as Aussie Summer wasn't hot like usual this year.

I promise it will be Hot in Austin..... SF not so much...pretty cool her in summer

I grew up in Houston.....Had all I wanted of H and H. Austin is very humid at times too.

I used to play a Pepsi Softball tourney in Little Rock every year on Forth of July weekend (ASA Major, later became USSSA) .....at least they can play during the day there. Most softball in Houston is night only during the summer. Tourneys go from 9pm to 9am Friday and Saturday.
