Health Care to "control the people"

It doesn't sound like you to take such a cheap shot. Are you okay? On the other side of the coin, I see some posters making tons to links to back up their statements, but remain profoundly ignorant. But that is just me.

Can you prove that?:giggle:

TXgolfer, see what I mean? It'd be a very dishonest, conniving, and even in some circles they'd call it an unprofessional response. But then again it could be that some are just plain lazy or are constantly trying to save face.

As for a crime. What crime? Man, what a ditzy claim.

See? Still ignorant, as was claimed.

It never ceases to amaze me that when the naysayers run out of any logical support for their claims, they turn the thread into an ad hominem attack against a particular poster. Makes me smile at the weakness and fear exhibited.

No, it's up to you if you wish to extend the same courtesy offered by others.

But when you make a statement like "it's already be proven" it is certainly not unreasonable that other posters might request a source so that they might judge for themselves. It's then your choice whether or not to extend that courtesy.

Please show me where anyone else provides an 8 page bibliography. Re: the statement to which you are requesting proof: they already are here. All need be done is use the search feature to find the specific thread. Now what could be easier than that?

Courtesy.... :)

oh, and you never answered..... what crime?

Hmmm....and when courtesy was never returned? No need to answer, TXgolfer.

It is obvious. Everyone knows there are copy right laws that must be obeyed. Well, almost everyone, but I would think that two well educated persons such as you and kokonut would certainly know that. Especially since one of you claims great experience in the research field.

Courtesy has been extended. You are not satisfied with it. You want more.

And you are a fine one to refer to anything involved in citing or answering questions.:laugh2::laugh2: Looks like you have run out of tactics to attempt to sabotage health care.

Well I know that it is copyright not copy right

And I know that quoting/paraphrasing a line from a movie falls under fair use so it would not be considered a civil or criminal violation.

I know that copyright laws are generally considered civil rather than criminal.

Enforcement
What Do I Do If My Copyright Has Been Infringed?
Serving primarily as an office of record, the Copyright Office is not charged with enforcing the law it administers. Copyright infringement is generally a civil matter, which the copyright owner must pursue in federal court. Under certain circumstances, the infringement may also constitute a criminal misdemeanor or felony, which would be prosecuted by the U.S. Department of Justice.

You are really a funny dude.:laugh2:

If you put it in quotes...which you failed to do. You represented it as your own original use of words. Shame on you.

Now, enough of the obvious attempts to deflect because you have nothing substantial to contribute to the topic of the thread. Back on topic.

You are wrong again....... That is covered in the Stanford link. Otherwise "shame on you" would need to be in quotes too.

Now back to topic indeed.

I agree with Koko about the Health Care.

Unfortunately, The Democrats know what they are doing. It has been an integral part of their strategy to keep the American public misinformed.

WOW The GOP has done a great job in brainwashing people into thinking they're always telling the truth. Both parties are keeping the public misinformed. Did you happen to see Dateline with Brian Willians ,he did special on New Orlearns and Katrina. It show Bush saying what a great job FEMA was going when people were dying on the streets in New Orlearns as they had no food and water. Bush was keeping the American public misinformed on how bad a job he was doing. I am sure Obama is going the same .

Only one of them is doing it right now.

As for Katrina.....I was there. There was only so much you could do. It was chaos.

Fair use means that you don't have to use quotation marks or citations for every little phrase that is used.

We don't quote and attribute every time someone says, hasta la vista baby, show me the money, you're not in Kansas anymore, do it for the Gipper, or make my day.

GASPPPP! You committed a crime for not putting them into quotes! The horror! The horror!

Wait a min......

Ditzy.

So true Reba. It's going a bit too far making an effort to paint someone as a "criminal". I'd feel sorry for all those potential clients out there who may have to face this sort of obnoxious inquiry and accusations.

You have my empathy, TXgolfer.

I sometime support that health care should be authorize over peoples. It would be easily block illegal immigrants to access for freetard.

wow You believe comic! I suggest you read the newspapers instead this.

it's called political humor

Oops! That plot has been used before in some movie/s.
