Purple 3 refuse help you fix on my ps3

I am upset PS3 not allow canada... I am very upset. I want to communication to my purple 3 and important to my family and other friends. I know frustrated Purple 3 impleneation Canada. I am not happy.....Purple 3 won't help you fix on purple 3 but they not respect to me. I know bit scared. I am worried...
 
The FCC has required all VRS companies to stop providing services to deaf canadians, which is rather unfortunate.
 
I know it is old, but this only what I found, but do not judge on me, blame it on FCC or elsewhere.

I already saw on Youtube I spot it. NOt fair to American won't allow Canada. I believe CRTC is will set own implentation to USA. I am disappointment. I know I want to communication to my sister and mom and worthless belive my grandma happy with communication to understand a ASL is cool fantasy. I know not easy tty is always misunderstand my grandma said not understand point what is not easy.. I know aware..

You could all just use Skype in your family.

I know that Purple had offered VRS service for deaf Canadian customers but CRTC refused them.

my family doesn't know expert computer than I am lots of expert computer I communication to text and msn and facebook always. I know not easy communication to dad and mom. I know not easy.. that is difficult.....

I guess CRTC fight to American. I know heard CRTC is fight to right human fair to American i am not sure I do research find CRTC.
 
The simple answer is because FCC belongs to the US...Canada has to have their own VRS services, thus creating their own approval from some kind of FCC in Canada. Don't complain to FCC. Complain to Canada's whatever they call it.

Canada's FCC is CRTC.

VRS in the USofA is paid by American taxpayers... That is why FCC ban VRS in other countries ... The deaf in Canada need to get their country to set up their own VRS services... VRS have been around now for over 10 years !!!

He was depressed for a long time since Viable and other VRS cut off services to Canadians since most of his family doesn't know ASL nor how to use a computer, so point-to-point technology won't ease his fustrations; he doesn't want to back to snail mail and TTY. He hasn't coped with being cut off from VRS yet.

How I know? He claimed his router was broken even though there was nothing wrong with it-- he was trying to call his grandma, who doesn't know ASL; point-to-point was fine, but I couldn't figure out why he was so upset. I only figured this out by going through his old posts. So, I decided not to help him til he come to terms that he need to go back to the old ways or teach his family how to use computers.

Yes it is way too long. We will have our IP relay service in 2011, but many Deaf people in Canada want VRS first.
