Okay, let me tell you this... most superheroes are hearings and seeings, right? because this is a hearing and seeing world we are in. I know...life isn't fair, but hey, DareDevil is one of the first superheores to be blind, right? So what about the one with deafness? Deaf ppl CAN fight, you know! besides, I've already came up with some ideas of making my own superhero who could be deaf someday...

what you think people? is there a deaf superhero that exist yet?

If not, then I'll try my best to revloutionize the history of comic books ;)

I dont wanna be off topic here buit i know one deaf superhero, and i was thinking about that person, he really was able to come out of all this during the 9/11 and i was thinking of that when u brought up deaf superhero, he may not relize he is, but he survived and lived to tell the story of what occurred on 9/11 and just knowing how hard we all went through. Fly's good friend is a superhero to me, Fly u know who i'm talking abt... from the pentagon........

If there are such as deaf superheroes, I am not going to read it because it's sounds so corny.

Yes, there is deaf superhero, but it wasn't successful.

The comic called 'Steel Horny"

yes there is a deaf superhero called "Deafula" mix along with dracula more than 15 years ago in a movie for deaf....

i do recall that there is comic book i can't remmy what name is it but it wasn't successful .... i think it has to do with deaf power during sign langauges spoken become into sound wave like interipter to hearing ppl to understand what that hero was trying to say ... It happen sometimes in 70's ! i used to collect these comics book but it was lost !! Damn it i can't remmy what name of that book...

I remmy the real hero name "Deaf" Smith (he is real deaf-mute), who chop the bridge down before the battle of San Jacinto between Texans and Mexicans. Afteward, Texans won the battle, thank to Smith. :)

Hello.

The closest superhero I can think of is 'Jericho' of the Teen Titans in the DC Universe. George Perez, an artist, introduced this character and he used sign language. This character could hear but wasn't able to talk.

Does using sign language count? :)

Enjoy.

Well, a bit off the subject...

I've done some western novel writings. I've never completed it. I've wrote of a deaf cowboy back in the 1840s to 1860s. I was planning to write it as just another one of those western books. Somewhat it was a deaf hero for me to write on. Just thought you'll like to know.

Well DareDevil is blind so there should be a hero who is deaf too so i thought alot about the new deaf hero...he can talk but don't talk much, especially when in battle against enemies, but could do some stunts or some kick-ass karate fights and shit like that...so i thought that my character would have a special kind of sense like Spider-Man has a spider-sense to avoid danger, so I think mine would have a special kind of sense that would detect metal because most weapons are made of metal right? (guns, bullets, knives, etc) so I'm not going to tell you the rest because it's secret. ;) He proably would have a selection of costumes too. I personally think my characer would beat the crap out of DareDevil. ;) lol
