Talking On the road to become an Interpreter!!

I sat down with one of the advisers for my uni and I've decided that I definitely want to become an interpreter. I'll finish my associate's degree some time in Spring of 2011 (by taking summer courses), then I'll move to a follow up uni and complete my Bachelor's degree there.

I'm really excited to have gotten the ball rolling on this and wanted to share the good news with you all

I too have recently decided to become and ASL interpreter. I want to finish my AA in Early Childhood Ed first. I have 3 more semesters to go on that. IMO ya can never had enough education to fall back onto.

Congrats Em!!I'm going to be a qualified junior terp in about 3 years and I actually can't wait!!!! although no practising via skype for me unless y'all want to learn BSL?
