Want to get captioning on the Internet?

There's a blog and a Facebook cause devoted to this. HR3101, known as the 21st Century Communications & Video Accessibility Act of 2009, has provisions for captioning on the web. But first, we need your help to join and write your Congresspeople. The more people who join and write, the better.

There is also Jamie Berke (DeafnessGuide) on Twitter. She updates a lot about captions (same with Marlee Matlin (MarleeMatlin) on Twitter) and started Caption Action 2.

I made a blog a while back with some methods for finding and watching internet video with captioning. I need to update it but you can check it out if you like. Let me know if you need any help.
