Kudos to San Francisco!!!

SAN FRANCISCO / Bill would require captioning on TVs

Wow, it's first city to set a law for in public places must display captioning
including restaurant, bars, and etc! I love SF that who trusts at the deaf and hard-of-hearing people. It will impact to hearing people to watching the
captioning on the TVs.
