Real Time Captioning in Canada for Courts?

Can anyone advise me what is available for hard of hearing deaf, (who cant sign) who have to front up to court in Canada and what is the process for getting that help?

Is real captioning an option?

How does a hoh get this help - does it cost anything? Who pays?

How long does it take to get this help?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
