Question just a question..

just a thought..in ur personal experience is it possible, that a hearing impaired individual can be affected by television programs when it comes to one's behavior or to one's level of awareness on current events? im referring to a "normal" television programs without any caption..^_^

Even televion programingwithout cpation has a visual component.

Behavior?
Awareness?
Current Events?

Maybe I am reading too much into your question?

Anything an individual has contact with affects them.
