CC problem on MTV, FX, HBO and Spike

Some channels have problem with CC, especially second line with odd text. I don't know about what is wrong but the CC is fine in some other channels like MTV 2, TruTV and A&E.

It wasn't CC from my TV but... I used CC on DVR box because of HDMI.

It saying: hcHxh(P08X=u%..... over repeat all time for second line.

There is pictures and look at second line, it is Scary Movie 3 on MTV.

Seriously, though, I don't know what's causing that.

It could be the hardware (your TV or receiver).

It could be your service provider not providing a clear enough signal to transmit the CC encoding.

Or something else.

(Edit: Never mind, I saw that you fixed the problem... )

It's been awhile since I've had cable, I just use netflixs now, but I remember I had a lot more problems with the high def channels than the regular ones. Like a lot of times the end of the sentence would come first and the first part of the sentence after. like this....
