July 6th has passed and the class went great! I really enjoyed how hard everyone worked during that one hour! The Location was perfect and the weather couldn't of been better... it was super cloudy and was just about to rain when we were done so it was nice and cool during the whole thing! I hope to see everyone show up again next tuesday on the 13th and hopefully more people decide to come so we all can get back in shape and love life even more!!!!

Group Fitness Training

So I've been working hard to set up a group fitness training for the deaf and man I did not realize how slow companies respond to my idea! But that is alright because I have a better idea, my new idea will not require any permission from anyone and the best part you will get a tan the same time you workout! I know the minor details will bore you but the current plan is to offically start this group training by July 6th of 2010 and it will be hosted outside around the wheat ridge area of colorado! So if you are interested let me know I'll send you the updated flyer! Many thanks...:D

Steps to Fitness - Taking Action

To start where I left off on my other blog at http://deafperformancetrainer.blogspot.com/...

I explained shortly on how one of the biggest part of achieving success in fitness is taking action!

And it seem like taking action is one of the hardest things to do because it requires effort that we are not use to taking! So the key to taking action is starting out slow and keep working towards your goals! If you remember anything out of my future blogs its to take action!

What's bigger than taking action is taking action right NOW... don't wait till tomorrow or next week or even for new years. Do it now because if you put it off you'll most likely put it off again and again until you forget about it or until something easier comes along like taking a diet pill... PLEASE please please don't let life pass you by take action now and I assure you, you will be much more happier if you start now vs. 5 years from now!
