Silent Fitness Deaf Training!~

I have helped those deaf clients who has gained weights due to having babies, women who wanted to get in shaped and toned, young teens, and males are involved into my training.

My suggestion, I have tried those diet pills to NutriSystem but in my research is not good for your body it won't last forever and waste of money.

It is very easy to follow through my Silent Fitness training, I will be giving you those food/drinks advices, workout routines from 30 to 45 minutes, offering classes on chart calander over Videophone for deaf individual, physical group, and attending to their home. Also, blogging, newsletter and chat room will be available on my site. I will be following you up to this day of training on my new website which will be out of end of August or first week of Septemeber.

Please be patient with me I have been working hard on those projects for the last two months now and I have trained my deaf clients at the Hawaii Community College from June-August. They were very happy with their weight results. They are asking me to return back to new session training this coming Spring!

I would love you to participle in my Silent Fitness, I will be teaching upper body, lower body, cardio and abs all in together. It will provide strengthening, coordination, and balance and it's advantage to have good self-defense.
