Others might handle it differently, perhaps by slowing down or carefully choosing their signs but not me. Nope. When I get nervous I ramble on.:blah: I say stupid, nonsensical things in a frantic effort to fill up the gaps in conversation. I do this alot in english too but at least there's no worry there about anything getting lost in traslation. If i had a dime for everytime a deaf person would avert their gaze while i was struggling to find the right signs, I'd be rich. :ugh:
