The internet is weird. In the history of the internet has anyone read a post on a hot topic and changed their mind - boom! - because of the one post? Probably not, even with the billions? trillions? of posts. Maybe over time people change their idea a bit but not because of one post.

So probably forum fighting is useless, right? But every forum has big fights over these topics - abortion, religion, CI, oral-only etc. These make posts more interesting I believe 100% but sometimes the...

We had a giant winter storm in the Midwest. Lots of snow and ice. This morning I went running with my cleats on and slipped and hurt my back. My back is bad from a accident on my horse anyway. In the past I have back spasms and know they stop sometime, but . I have some muscle relaxer medication from my sports med doctor, but I feel weird with them so I don't use them Also my dad and I planned on looking at keyboards for my broken keyboard (no "g" so I cut and paste) but the weather...

Today two great experiences with Lotte.
It started in the car, driving to the kindergarten. At times, she asks to have the radio (CD) on.
Today however, I had allready put on a classical piano-CD in the player. (Ludovico Einaudi)
Lotte did not seem to like it. She told me she wanted different music. She told me where to find it (in the dash-board) and told me it had to be the woman.....
I found the newest album of Katie Melua, and both of us were happy.

So tonight I think about respect on AD and try to decide maybe my idea of "respect" is different than some or maybe some don't respect me.

Communication is hard online. It should be easy, right? Clear letters, all writing. But no expression and not immediate. So I try to think positive about people's posts when I disagree. I try write in a polite way. But some don't reply but reply to others and some maybe think I am a very young kid (maybe I am to older). Is this no respect...

Lotte is moving on fast, catching up every day.
Lately her sentences became longer, more clear. Discovered rhymes, and more and more singing. Putting on CD's by herself (as in her own choice) with songs and/or stories..
Also writing new words is getting more and more her attention. She can write all the names she knows, but that's just remembering the order of the characters. Now she starts to figure out how to write words she hears.
It's a great adventure.!!
