Summer 2008.. Ader...Weight Loss Support Group :):)

Hi I have had 2 little girls and now need to loose weight before summer season

I would like to loose 20 pounds.

Anyone interested in a support group type thing.

I have a spare Blog we can use.

Let me know if there is any interest.

I am willing to have few small gifts related prizes for those who meet their goals

Stop drinking coffee - change to tea.

Coffee that has been in the pot for a while get tanic acid in it.


If you have stomach problems - drink Kefir everyday

and/or eat 1/2 cup yogurt every morning and evening.

Stop eating French fries - potato chips and any junk food.

Eat some raw fruits and vegetables everyday


Meat stays in your stomach for 3 days before it is digested (not normal). Quit eating meats.

Fishes and eggs are okay. Fish contains omega-3 oil which is good for you. Eggs are good, but you should do some walking exercises because eggs make you high cholesterol. It does not mean that eggs are bad for you.


Try fasting for several days - to clean out your stomach.

Then slowly start fruits and vegetables.

Read labels on all food (including your favorite cookies). NEVER EAT anything that has "diet" on the label or "0" (zero) calories and even low fat. The worst is aspartame and Splenda as artificial sweeteners all those little fake sugar packets.

Vegetables and Fruits.


For the ingredients - always stay away from "high fruit corn syrup." It is very common in food products at the stores. You could find some good foods at health food stores such as WholeFoods, Trader's Joe, and some other stores like Stop & Shop and Shaw's at the health food sections.

Please always read the labels if you are not familiar with the names of ingredients, then never buy them. It's best to have a few ingredients in the products. In a very general, if you know what aluminum or chlorine or bleach means. They are not a food, and, of course, they don't belong to our stomach for sake. Aluminum, chlorine and bleach kill molds (i.e. bread, English Muffins, etc.), and they are not natural. Of course, we don't want molds in our food.

Why we have to talk about this stuff? It's because our body gets confused easily by taking the wrong food. Our body is trying to tell us stop eating this and that because "you" (manually) made us force to absorb the bad stuff in our body. Our body is natural. The bad stuff made us feel down and out of energy without thinking about right food stuff. I don't want to give you the details - copper, iron, and a few other materials in our water are okay we need them...

Enrich or Enrich wheat, and partially hydrogenated are no good. Soybean oil is fair not that great. Don't expect to believe that a label says, "All natural or hand-made" unless you read the ingredients. Enrich means fat that makes you tired or out of energy easily.

Yesterday, I went to a store and saw new natural fruit juice bottles (plastic cans). My mother asked the man who sells these juices to people at the store. He said that they are all natural fruits. I read the labels and caught two ingredients that I am not familiar because they are chemicals (not related a preservation). I really wanted to insult that man, but it wasn't right time for me to talk to him.

Unfortunately, that man the seller is not very honest person because he wants your money. Always keep in your mind that you really cannot trust anyone to say whether they are talking about natural foods. The labels tell you the truth what's in the can or box. Some manufacturers do not add a few things in the ingredients. Just do your best to make your judgement before you buy things. I remember I bought my favorite shampoo, and it is natural. In two years later, I looked at the ingredient and shocked that a few are added that are chemicals. I stopped buying them. I bought other shampoos. (sigh)

I am feeling struggle with my weight.. Reasons.... Most of time that I am alone as single mom with two girls so I cannot exercise at nights or they will bother me> mom Mom Mom Mom

Morning... They re school.. but I have to clean up the house and care of animals.. also errand to do..


I am thinking and figure out how lose weight without my struggles!
