I am in a writing mood today, as some of you know that I pinched my sciatic nerve, its a major nerve on the lower back runs through the buttocks and the legs. OUCH!!! painful as ever. I been in bed rest for almost 2 weeks and been off my feet to reduce pain and let it heal on its own. I injured it by lifting two 5 lbs. weights while on the big silver ball at the gym also, carrying the water gallon bottles from my car to my apt urgh!!! I stopped using the bottle water will begin using Brita water...
