Hopeful for water polo

I am really excited here to get my first shot at water polo. I am going to take a p.e. class in spring session to learn the game strategies. I am hopeful bec with my sciatica problem my doctor said, walking is good but no kick boxing wahhh!!! not at this moment what she meant til I am better. I have been exercising my leg regularly and taking Iburprofen when I am in excruciating pain at the moment the pain seems to be tamed by stretching of my leg and body similar to yoga style techniques.

Healing is coming along

I am doing much better with sciatica. I do have my good and bad days. The good days is pain free and the bad days is when the pain crawls back up ugh! Its time for the meds to take over. I mostly rely on Tylenol when in excurciating pain Iburprofen it is. I hope oneday I can take my Lucky dog for walks again. I asked the chiropractor if its okay to walk and approved it. I am looking forward to spending a long day with Lucky for a nice long walk and he will also enjoy sniffing around the neighborhood...

I am so thankful to God to bring me back to a complete healing. Its been a journey coping with sciatica its a new term for me. I NEVER wish this upon anyone not even my worse enemy. I was soo glad to be able to see the world again after , one month of recovering from a sciatic nerve gained back somewhat of my mobility skills. My dad came over to assist me with laundry to make sure I don't strain myself. I can see my neighbors again , I did they are deaf, so it was nice to sign again and see her catching up with news hehe

I am in a writing mood today, as some of you know that I pinched my sciatic nerve, its a major nerve on the lower back runs through the buttocks and the legs. OUCH!!! painful as ever. I been in bed rest for almost 2 weeks and been off my feet to reduce pain and let it heal on its own. I injured it by lifting two 5 lbs. weights while on the big silver ball at the gym also, carrying the water gallon bottles from my car to my apt urgh!!!
