I am in a writing mood today, as some of you know that I pinched my sciatic nerve, its a major nerve on the lower back runs through the buttocks and the legs. OUCH!!! painful as ever. I been in bed rest for almost 2 weeks and been off my feet to reduce pain and let it heal on its own. I injured it by lifting two 5 lbs. weights while on the big silver ball at the gym also, carrying the water gallon bottles from my car to my apt urgh!!! I stopped using the bottle water will begin using Brita water system soon. It will eliminate trouble of carrying the bottles. I will need to stop using weights for my workouts and use my own muscle.
Today's Sunday, I missed my grandmother's 80th surprise bday party lastnight. I heard she was surprised and loved having her family together. I got news on my Lucky dog , he was pestering people for food (typical of him) he played with all the kids and had fun. I will pay grandma and Lucky dog a visit as soon as I am well. I just can't wait to be myself again, able to walk normal with this sciatic nerve it made impossible for me to walk. I am on my pc writing my blog and been using my pager Sidekick3 to get a good laff at some of the threads here hiliarious stuff girls (Jo and GTM)
I am glad to be able to smell pretty again with my bath and body spray (Black Cherry Vanilia)
Got my lipshine on as well, cherry flavor. God is good !!!
