Measure yourself by your BEST moment, not by your WORST

The way we perceive ourselves plays an important role in our self-esteem and confidence. When we look at ourselves in the mirror, almost every time we notice what we dislike about ourselves. “My nose is too big,” or, “I am fat.” Our minds automatically tell us the negative qualities we have.
Success and achievement is also important to us. When we fail at something, we choose to remember it, and many of us allow it to discourage us. We go through life counting all our mistakes and forgetting about the good things we have done, goals we have achieved.
Negativity in our minds is like poison to our self-esteem and the way we perceive the world and others. The more negative we are the less happy we are.
Thinking positively about ourselves builds our self-esteem and confidence. So the next time you look in the mirror, make a conscious effort to notice at least 2 good things about yourself. The more you practice being positive the easier it becomes.
Goals and success come easier too by thinking and acting positively. We all make mistakes, it’s apart of life but it doesn’t mean failure. There is no such thing as failure, they are just learning experiences.
Measure yourself by your BEST moment, not by your WORST.
