Police Officer Pull-Out?

When someone was pulled out by an officer for any reasons, like speed, broken taillight, plate expired.

Did the officer provided an interpreter? No, They never did. Some of officer can signs, which is good but still is not enough. Most of them write down on paper as a communication. Many of deaf people who do not have ability or good at read, or does not understand the language.

What kind of Attorney Provide we are working on to make changes?

Here's good points on based of feedback from deaf people.

1. Many deaf people who is seeking to retain an private attorney. Most of attorney refused to provide is interpreter service unless you pay for it.

2. Their lack of responsibility of provide an interpreter due to their budget.

3. Does not understand or neglect the A.D.A. Law about the interpreter service. They act...

So many apartment complex whom deaf people living in, they refuse or lack of providing the deaf devices -- doorbell flasher, smoke detector flasher, and many more.

There are so few complex that actually providing those devices. Who is seeking that this issue to be resolved and to have requirements for the apartment complexes to providing for all deaf tenants.
