Failed to aware of ADA
That person put the comment that he suggest to cut shirt and interpreter cost for WordCamp organization where we learn something stuff about WordPress.

What could probably have been done was better research on interpreters.
Some people don't understand that there are different kinds of interpreters and they hire the first interpreter that they find not knowing that the price they're being asked to pay for is too much. Also, do we know if any hearing people showed up for this event? What could also have been done was a RSVP deadline for people who need interpreters. That way, if no deaf person RSVP before that particular date, they could save themselves a lot of money not having to hire interpreters.
