Hud

I've applied for HUD last month, and last weekend I got a letter saying that they took me off the waiting list because I dont make enough. I thought thats the point with HUD. They said in the paper, that I have to make the Minimum amount which is $19,000something a year. Some of my friends think I got Bullshited.
