Housing Assistance for the disabilities?

I dont know if this is already re-posted. I tried to find the similar thread and couldn't find it.

Is there a special program from the gov't or some organization where they can help us with the down payment on a house we're buying? Like we put $10K and they help us with other $10K down or any amount of $?

We're located in Texas.

Where are you living in Texas, like city or rural? The only way to find out is to look into the housing in the government listing in the phone book, or better yet look into the Google Web site. Maybe you might find some information to help pay half of cost for the house. Also maybe you can talk to the loan people at your bank about that information wondering if you can get way to pay half from the government and half you pay. Maybe they might have info for you. I don't know, but I am guessing. Sorry!!!! Good luck. :fingersx:
 
If you have 10K then you re ready to buying a house!!! :D

Go to the bank and see how much you can loan $$

Maybe you could check this out USDA Rural Development Home Page and when you click on that link and on your left side of your screen and find "Homes for sale" and then you can click on your state to find homes that you might like those....
