I think about go to courthouse and discuss with someone about issues with ADA.

You first have to file a complaint with the Department of Justice in writing at the following address:

U.S. Department of Justice
Civil Rights Division
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W.

Then look up your Human Rights Commission in your area and make an appointment to see them to see if your situation falls under their jurisdiction. Good luck.
