I feel the state needs to more to help students that have learning disability . It's very easy to dismissed a student as being 'lazy' when in reality that student could be
hard of hearing , deaf , or just need reading glasses. They could have other unseen disability , like being dyslexia . Before a student is written off as being lazy or a poor student
the school should have child tested. I have a teacher to thanks for keeping me after school and giving me a hearing test. I got my first hearing aid when I was almost eight years old .
I used a forum for deaf and hoh people and kids are still getting the help they need in school and this is so wrong. The state needs to spend more money so every
child get a fair education , it'll be cheaper in the long run. Parents can request the city to pay for their child to go to another school if they feel their local school is not doing enough
for their child that a LD

Wrong , the money is there but it being given to other countries , our kids should be taken care first . It'll cost more in the long run if kids can't get decent paying jobs and will need to go on welfare and food stamps.
If parents are paying taxes in my city and have kids with a LD the schools should be helping the kids.

Your letter reads "so elementary"...and you should get someone to proofread it before sending it out.

Wow aren't you a genius ! I had posted a numbers of times I have trouble writing and I am dyslexia , that is why I asked what people they think of my letter and I wanted to know if anyone thought I should word it diffidently .
I had already got help from someone and I know my grammar is poor . I do not let it stop me from speaking up about things I feel strongly about! It's more than some people do, they just complain about an issue and do nothing about it.

Above is your letter corrected so it is okay to send.

:ty: I just send it off. The town next to me is also cutting funding for kids that have LD. I hope at least the child teacher will inform the parents their child may have a LD .

Last paragraph....."I would be cheaper"....change to "It"
