You can make/buy LED turn signals from ebay / radio shack
you will need a flasher relay from NAPA
LED's don't pull much amperage so it won't drain battery - you will also have to buy "ears" to mount the turn signal stalks to the frame - and you will have to install some sort of a thumb switch for the signals too
