Since I have made this thread, unfortunately, I have bad news. The VP I got didn't work down here, I have tried everything, turns out that the VP might be a faulty.
In other hands, I still have a VP working, I bought a new (2nd) external webcam (Mircosoft LifeCam VX - 3000 - For now) which is hooked via my LCD TV and I have Viable Vision supported on my computer and it makes an excellent VP. So if anyone who knows me well, and I do know you well. PM me if you want to chat via VP (Will need your IP Address, I am the only way I can call you directly to your VP)
