Cloggy, here in the states, there is wiggle room in qualifying for CI.
Yes, the CI rocks in the cases where people don't get any benifit from traditional HA. I've got NO beef with that. As a matter of fact, I think that CI can and should be allowed if the person has some speech perception with HA. (like up to 45%) Do they let people in countries with socialized health care get CI, if they have speech perception with HA?
