Lol! Would you go after 40 of ages and up in despite of your young age, no matter what their looks are, except for their hearts ? 
I heard ( read ) some people say about the age is just number.....and, of course the looks ( beauty ) don't last when aging as gettin' older.
I would go after the heart, not the looks or beauty.
