I've owned alot of videogames stuff over the years so if you want an opinon of mine, I guess the best controller I've ever held in my hands so far is the xbox360 controller. I thought it was proably the best design I've ever seen so far in this generation. The dual shock 3 controller proably is the second best to me with the loose triggers included, proably to improve for FPS games and such. Third is GameCube controller thou I still use it for alot for some VC games and Wii games, but the GameCube controller is pretty bad for playing super nes games on Wii so classic controller is best to go. The classic controller is just okay thou it's alot like the super nes controller with analog sticks included and of course, what sucks is that it lacks rumble but oh well.

The playstation has been using the very same controller for more than 10 years now til it slightly changed with the PS3 of the loose trigger buttons but thats actually nothing to worry about. It's still pretty much the same design after all so I wonder if Mircosoft would keep that controller design of the Xbox360 controller for future consoles? Only time can tell...besides, there've been rumors that Microsoft is producing a motion sensor remote control similar to Wii's. So who knows which would be better...but I doubt it would very much beat Wii over that stuff cause its alittle too late for Microsoft to produce something like that...proably best to wait til the next generation.
