yea that's how the bees identify the targets (flowers). They just see colors in different spectrum than humans they're more sensitive to UV spectrum than us. That's the easiest way for bee to identify the best flowers with juicy nutritions.

In Remote Sensing (just some satellite job), every single plant on Earth gives off different kind of wavelength. See below - see those colors? That's kind of how bee sees, identifies, and remember that color of juiciest plants like - red = JUICY! blue = YUCK! Just an extra tidbit of useless info to know!
